Our client is a leading international luxury brand who is currently seeking a Store Manager to create a highly productive environment and provide the best customer service skills while balancing strategic, operational and leadership excellence with an authentic approach.
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall team performance & growth
Create and execute a strategy for effective store communications
Set clear goals and expectations and hold people accountable to a high standard of excellence
Train and coach sales staff
Develop and maintain productive customer relationships
Manage inventory movement
Achieve financial targets
Analyse, interpret & apply date to identify key issues and maximize your business
Key Requirements
At least 5 years’ experience in Luxury Retail, in which at least 3 years as a Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good analytical skills and logical thinking
Sales driven with a proven track record in managing retail boutiques
Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
