Assistant Manager
The Candidates Responsibility : You will maximize sales and profitability within the store.Ensuring all targets are met.To be able to adopt a flexible approach, with an ability to prioritise tasks.To have the drive and commitment to motivate and lead a team.Leading by example, providing the very best customer service.Dealing with queries, difficulties and complaints.
Eligibility : With at least 2 years experience of working in the fashion retail industry, you will already have supervisory / senior sales experience as part of a management team, and possess strong leadership and sales skills.To possess exceptional customer service skills.To have a keen interest in and understanding of the fashion market, along with an awareness of seasonal fashion trends.
Sales Associates:
The ideal candidate will have previous retail sales experience, excellent customer service skills, and possess an outgoing personality in conjunction with the ability to be a team player. Our Sales Associate's primary responsibility is to lead our customers through the sales process of selecting, coordinating and purchasing garments and accessories while providing the highest level of customer service. Desired Qualifications:Interact and communicate with co-workers and managers in a team environmentAbility to have a flexible work schedule, including morning, evening, and weekend availabilityKnowledge of computer programsHave a passion for fashion and a drive to succeed.
Background in High End clothing preferred
Prefer bilingual candidates
Must have fashion knowledge
