Position Summary:

The Sous Chef supervises the culinary team. The Sous Chef coordinates and directs activities of cooks and other kitchen personnel engaged in preparing and cooking foods in the restaurants during assigned shifts. S/he will instruct the cooks and other workers in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food to meet our Standards.


Minimum Qualifications

Associates degree in Culinary Arts and/or three or more years of related experience working in an upscale, fine dining restaurant, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
