The latest GM opportunity is with an established, award winning full-service, high-volume, concept downtown Minneapolis. Owned by a small group of successful restaurateurs, they are looking to open their second location at the end of May.
This position calls for:
1. New restaurant opening experience
2. GM – leaderships roll for 4+ years
3. Firm grasp on financials, developing staff
4. Work closely with owners to ensure successful, consistent, and efficient operations
5. Comfort working within and establishing new systems
6. A blend of experience in corporate and independent environments (nice, but not a deal-breaker)
7. Casual Fine dining back ground

This position comes with a great starting salary of up to $70k – plus great benefits!
