Come in to work at 3am on their scheduled workdays. Work as a team to have most of the assortment of pastries out by 6am. Fill orders in a timely fashion. Mexican pastries, fine pastries, cookies, doughnuts, and cake sheets are a few of the items that are produced daily. Upkeeping of the equipment required.
Experience with mixing doughs, working the dough to make the final product, using commercial ovens. We are willing to train if you have no previous experience.
Attention to detail, speed and pride in the quality of their work.
