My wife and I are full-time real estate investors working with an exclusive group of investors in Southern California. We work directly with homeowners, many of which are in difficult situations and in need of help and support. We operate our business with morals and integrity to put the homeowners first.
We are looking for new partners to help bring new deals to the table to have them evaluated for a potential joint venture. The profit potential is 10% - 50% of the net profit.
In the current market we have the money available to fund more deals. We need the right people (experience not required) who are willing to learn with the right support to one day become full-time investors.

Most individuals will start on a part-time basis as this is not a ‘get rich quick’ adventure and it could take a few months to close your first deal. With the right motivation and persistence, and by creating relationships with fellow investors, you have an opportunity to learn from real people, doing real deals and making a lot of real money in the process.
