We are a no-nonsense 100% commission real estate brokerage with relevant experience in producing and qualifying leads.

The leads we produce are being qualified using very strict criteria. These are prospective tenants or buyers willing and capable to rent or buy immediately.

We are looking for dynamic real estate agents willing to join our team and able to close at least 6 rentals monthly, at a commission of about $580/side. These are conservative average figures based on our rentals closing activity over the past 12 months.

You need to be able to handle a heavy workload with a pipeline of 15 to 20 transactions in different stages, at any given time.

If you close our leads, the commission split would be 80% for you and 20% for us. This is an amazing deal considering that we'll not only give you the qualified leads in your very own farm area, but also the instructions for showing the rentals, so all you have to do is show and close. Besides, our support team is available 24/7 and will help you every step of the way with anything you'd need.

If you close your own leads, we'd pay 100% commission and keep only $45/transaction. This is valid for rentals or sales alike.
