Land Development Dept. Manager, Supervision, Budgets, Scheduling - Columbus, OH - JOB 17-00041

Salary Range: $100 - $120K Permanent Position with Benefits.

A full service architectural & engineering consulting firm is seeking a Land Development Department Manager for their Columbus, OH location. This will entail managing all land development department operations, supervise design teams and business development.

REQUIREMENTS
BS Civil Engineering or BS Construction Management
PE License is strongly desired / may consider 10 years' experience as equivalent
10 years' experience in land development projects and other related civil work such as storm water management and project management working experience.
Experience in developing profitable proposals, oversee design, construction plans, specifications, and bids.
Must poses business development skills and have strong communication skills.
Must also be familiar with permitting for land development projects.
MS Office suite
Manage the land development department, grow the department, business development to maintain and expand client relations, supervise design teams, budgets, scheduling, attend public and private meetings.

Candidates may be required to submit to a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
