Hire Priority National Search is currently seeking qualified candidates for the following full time position:
Job Title: Hi-End Property Manager (Houston New Construction, Class A+)
Job Description: Industry leading Owner/management Company is seeking high level/high profile property manager candidate for new construction development. The Property Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the community including lease-up goals, financial results, aesthetic appearance, and resident relations. The Property Manager is also responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the management office and the on-site staff.
Requirements: Must have successful lease-up experience for A+/A properties. Must be very professional and polished and possess ability to provide exceptional customer service for high level clientele. High rise experience is a huge plus and Microsoft Office experience is helpful.
Compensation: up to $75-85K (Depending on Experience) plus lease up bonuses and monthly bonuses
Location: Inner Loop Houston
Candidates must be able to pass criminal background check, drug test and provide identification and proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
