I am creating language courses and I wrote a lot of dialogues / short stories for these courses. All you have to do is read these dialogues / short stories out loud and record that with your pc of laptop or any other device that results in good audio quality. There is free software that is of excellent quality, namely Audacity. You can use your webcam, that can result in good quality audio too. So you do not have to be a recording specialist. You have to be a native English speaker and if you can work with a friend or partner, that would be much better, then both of you can record one person / one side of the dialogue. Per story I can pay 10 usd and it should not take more than an hour to record one dialogue / story. Of course it is important that you have a clear accent, for example a CNN accent, and that you have a good intonation, so everything sounds like it makes perfect sense. Are you interested?
