As a Production Lead:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Include, but are not limited to);

· Facilitate production support at every production change.

· Responsible for starting/stopping injection molding machine due to production issues.

· Set up, changeover, and verify material blends.

· Cut breaks/lunches within specific time requirements.

· Verify each day every operator in your zone is using our safety standards and product work instructions.

· Ensure all scrap is accounted for and inputted into WMS.

· Perform end of day duties before the next shift takeover.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Good written and interpersonal communication skills.

· Strong ability to delegate duties.

· Able to work in a fast pace dynamic environment.

· Capable of using Microsoft Office and Internet.

· Background in Plastic Injection Molding or Technical Position a plus but not required.
