Our cloud-based system means you will never have to physically attend any training or workshops outside of your home. This is not a sales position. You are not expected to sell anything. Your responsibilities are recruiting and assisting our sales professional team across the United States.
Responsibilities:
• Attracting qualified applicants to continually build a pipeline of candidates
• Maintaining a pipeline of candidates for specific market(s)
• Coordinating interviews for qualified candidates
• Qualifying candidates through screening process
• On-boarding and acceptance of new candidates
