This is a great opportunity for someone that is looking to get in with a well-established and constantly growing company, as well as work alongside the CEO + CEO’s family. The EA will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, will be managing full calendars and email inboxes, composing confidential correspondences and arranging meetings.
To be considered, candidates MUST demonstrate considerable confidentiality, initiative, tact and independent judgement. This is a TEMP TO HIRE position that pays $700 weekly depending on previous experience.
Responsibilities include :
Providing direct support to the CEO (personal and professional)
Maintain an extremely busy schedule / calendar that often changes rapidly, inclusive of booking and rescheduling multiple meetings.
