Summer Job Opportunity: Student Services Coordinator

Summerfuel, a leading provider of pre-college and cultural immersion programs, is currently recruiting experienced educators for our senior staff positions at the following location:
Summerfuel at UMass-Amherst (June 19th, 2015 - July 26th, 2015)
The Student Services Coordinator is responsible for carrying out key administrative functions related to staff and overall program functionality. Responsibilities include: tracking program finances, supervising office staff, coordinating student travel, confirming reservations for program excursions and activities, and communicating with vendors regarding hired services and rentals. As a member of the senior staff team the Student Services Coordinator also lives in residence, with full residential responsibilities, and is expected to rotate through on call duties and lead select activities and excursions as scheduled.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree. Strong organizational skills a must. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently required. Must have strong computer skills, including experience with MS Excel, MS Word and Quicken. Willingness to work long hours in an intensive, fun environment a must. Energetic, positive outlook needed.
