 The position requires a SPHR or PHR and an individual who is responsible for overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the Human Resources Department. 

Responsibilities include policy development and implementation, overall benefits oversight, employee records, and new hire orientation
Ensures compliance with all regulations and contractual requirements as they relate to the human resources department
Oversee payroll and training, including training development and conducting training programs for employees by conferring with management, supervisors and employees to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training.

 

Current Senior Professional Human Resource Certification (SPHR) or PHR required.
Minimum of one year of ADP Experience
Possession of an associate’s degree in human resources, business, or any human service discipline and HS Diploma/GED
A minimum of five years supervising at least three full-time staff
