Under general supervision of the Program Director, the Program Supervisor will be accountable for the management and implementation of the Homeownership Program and/or projects. The supervisor will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring work performance and assuring that case resolution are provided in a timely manner.Responsibilities: Adhere to HUD guidelines, National Industry Standards and programpolicies and procedures; completes administrative tasks correctly and timely;supports organization's mission, goals and values Supervise, coordinate, implement, and monitor Homeownership support staff assuring thatclients are provided timely and quality assistance.Delegate assignments to appropriate staff members in a fair and consistent manner.Assist in interview and follow-up with new clients and assure that "Loan Modification" packages are processed to the Servicer and others working to resolve working to resolve the client housing issues in a timely mannerDocument case activity on client management system (HCO) per HUD and SCH guidelinesCompile and create narrative reports regarding staff "follow-up" monthly goals and "file resolution" objectivesRecommend and/or assist in the development and implementation of new  goals and objectivesProvide leadership and manage the support staff; make decisions; solve problems; develop program procedures; conduct meetings; represent support staff at internal and external meetings (ifrequired)  Manage employees and team performance; provide Homeownership Program New Employee orientation; train or provide adequate training for employees; coach, counsel and motivate employees;evaluate employees; investigate complaints or performance concerns;Implement disciplinary action as needed and in consultation with Human Resources;Prepares materials for homeownership group sessions and workshops.Perform trending analysis and make recommendation for staff training and developmentProvide coverage, client services and programmatic assistance when need be in accordance with SCH goals and outcomesMandatory participation of some Saturday events hosted by or employer and/or affiliates of sponsoring agencies.  Other duties as assignedRequired Experience:Bachelor degree; or equivalent three (3) years' experience in Social Services agency.Mandatory participation of Saturdayevents hosted by employer and/or affiliates of sponsoring agencies.  One (1) year supervisory experience.Ability to work in a fast pace environment, manage a large caseload and prioritize work accordingly.Demonstrated presentation and communication skills.Experience working with government contracts.Must possess organizational and time management skills to effectively schedule staff, maintain contractual compliance, comply with reporting requirements, and perform management duties.Experience in developing/implementing programs, policies and procedures in accordance with funding regulations; contract compliance.Experience in maintaining detailed records on a computer system and handwritten documents.Working knowledge of modern office communications systems:  e-mail, voice mail, computersystems, and ability to operated various office equipment such as fax, copy machine, and calculator.Good verbal and written communication skills.Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Compensation:Compensationis based on education, experience and qualifications.
