$10.00 - $11.00 Hourly

Provides support to adults with developmental and physical disabilities in programs and activities that promote independence, productivity, integration and inclusion in the community. Physical and personal supports may include but are not limited to medical/assistive device operation, care and upkeep; hygiene, grooming, toileting, changing disposable undergarments etc. Physical qualifications to perform duties include, but are not limited to, ability to push/pull, lift/bend, ambulate in community, access public transportation, etc.

Participates in program planning; identifies and resolves problems and barriers; documents progress and observations; and provides feedback to circle of support.

CNA License is preferred but not required.
