A non-profit office in Boston seeks an Administrative Assistant to the Directors. The ideal candidate will be a confident professional; articulate, proactive, and a personable team player. 2 -3 years’ experience required, Bachelor’s degree preferred. This position requires a high level of confidentiality. $55,000+ bonus eligible.
DESCRIPTION:
- Managing all Directors’ calendars and schedules. (Heavy scheduling)
- Making travel arrangements
- Maintaining Microsoft Outlook Database
- Purchasing and setting-up food for breakfast/lunch meetings
- Assisting with company events and activities, including preparation of the Annual Retreat
- Preparing company expense reports
- Updating and maintaining intranet
- Assisting with Salesforce database management system
- Keeping office clean and in working order
- Projects as assigned by Office Manager and staff
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-3 years administrative experience in an office setting is necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Strong computer skills – Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Intranet/Internet and Email savvy.
- Strong organizational skills and highly detail-oriented.
