Job Summary:
This a unique role that will provide vision and strategy on how to implement, manage, and design bold marketing initiatives while maintaining company’s image and brand. The position will be responsible for ensuring that all marketing correspondence meets company standards and is organized in an efficient and searchable form, developing templates to be used by multiple departments and regions, and for training and mentoring the Company’s various teams on how to access marketing content, develop marketing materials, and leverage the Company’s existing collateral. This individual must have a personality which can stand up to senior management and withstand strong personalities yet work in a team environment.
 
General Duties & Responsibilities:
Establish a workflow and execution of requesting, creating, editing, publishing and retiring of content, provide leadership, mentoring, and training to management and support staff that require content solutions by understanding, applying and disseminating content best practices as part of a larger, cross-functional team, in partnership with the Director of Architecture, serve as filter for the criteria and selection of construction images, develop and maintain company website, develop and maintain marketing media for buildings (lobbies, elevators, loops, news, and accomplishments), manage marketing collateral across multiple mediums including SharePoint, online, social media, email, and other emerging technologies, ensure all content is optimized for search and user experience using various platforms including SharePoint, email, mobile and tablet devices and maintain integrity of the SharePoint database. Ensure quality control of the content, generate,  organize,  manage  and  maintain  (real  time  communication  of)  marketing  collateral  and  media materials and alike including but not limited to:  Document Management - Build Photo Library (tagging and query maintenance), PowerPoint Presentations (catalog, standardize and author as needed) and Presentation Boards and Building Renderings (catalog and determine which will be printed / used).  Website - Revamp / website design and Update content (e.g., portfolio changes, case studies, testimonials, media feeds).  Press Releases – Catalog & Work with outside consultant and/or management for language, taking content and fashioning it.  Pitch Books – Catalog, Develop and standardize templates to be used by all departments and regions and Build efficient process for creating and updating Pitch Books.  Marketing Events - Assist cross-functional teams and/or field offices, as needed, with planning marketing events.  Rendering digital media for vacant suites and Other duties as assigned.
 
Requirements:

Bachelor of Science or Associate of Science in Graphic Design, Architecture or Marketing.
10-15 Years of professional marketing experience from an architectural firm, general contractor, advertising agency, digital media or commercial real estate owner and/or developer.
Must have a deep understanding of digital media channels and how those platforms can be used.
Tech Savvy.
ADVANCED Microsoft Office website management and creative programs including but not limited to SharePoint, InDesign, Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Travel as required.
Highly organized, self-directed, excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively and professionally with all learning styles and personality types.
Must  have  conceptual  direction  to  pull  together  resources  for  marketing  presentations  and  related,  craft verbiage, understand and create content and how it needs to be displayed.
Must remain current with latest developments in tech/media.
Must  have  a  combination  of  verbal  and  visual  acumen  with  the  ability  to  interface  with  all  levels  of management and cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with tagging skills to improve content search ability.
Ability to translate user and business requirements into processes.
