JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with Business groups, segments and readiness teams. Identify sales, business and technical business training requirements for Azure. Perform deep dive functional analysis on readiness content.
Identify the right readiness mix of online and in-person engines mapping to content and target audience.
Identify deliverables, potential roadblocks and risks and propose solutions and implement these solutions to problems. If required to fill readiness gaps, develop readiness resources as well as launch and customer campaign resources.
Gather feedback from all stakeholders and facilitate ongoing communication and decision making based on feedback. Ensure program priorities and deliverables from the business group perspective are understood and in alignment with desired capabilities.
Coordinate community calls (logistics, agenda, minutes/action items etc.). Communicate and engage with the field through existing field communication engines and tools. Measure the results, usage and impact of such readiness and marketing campaigns.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

MS Marketing and Readiness experience is required
2 to 3 years plus relevant technical background in server and tools
Solid understanding of the Azure platform is required
Strong client relationship management skills and the experience communicating and or facilitating communications with business and technical audiences is required
Strong Communication skills, both oral and written targeting both technical and business audiences is required
