NE Regional Sales Manager - Supervise, Train & Coach Sales Engineers - Boston, MA - JOB 17-00360

A well-established electrical maintenance service oriented company is seeking a Northeast Regional Sales Manager to supervise, train & coach sales engineers and defines markets, market potentials and appropriate sales strategies then implements national / local marketing programs. Due to extensive travel, NE Regional Sales Managers are allowed to Work Remotely (work from home) but will be required to report to your designated office for internal meetings, reviews etc.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Must have experience with formulating sales goals, and objectives as well as, implementation strategies for growing profitable sales in assigned markets.
6 – 10 years of experience managing a sales team
This position is responsible for managing Inside sales engineers, sales engineers, and senior sales engineers as well as evaluating inside and outside sales for the NE Region which includes; Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maryland, New York & Pennsylvania.
Customer relationship management, channel management, and marketing support
Responsible for development and implementation of partnering strategies with local business partners
Support and training of LBP's sales teams
Annual business planning and coordination of local marketing efforts.
Will be responsible for defining markets, market potentials, and appropriate sales strategies.
Conduct construction sites walk-throughs & work in and around electrical equipment.
Must be willing to work flexible hours, weekends, 50% over night travel required to cover sales territory.

Candidates may be required to submit to a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
