We are looking for Marketing Director/ Consultant, you will play an instrumental and hands-on role in building, executing and measuring a comprehensive marketing strategy. You will tackle complex market analysis and recommend how best to position the PRO product. Then, you'll create and launch strategies and tactics needed to reach targeted customers. You will always be thinking about our competitors and what they're doing. You'll use that information to up our game to deliver results. This is a key role that will have you making a direct impact on our business - on the frontline and as a part of our executive leadership team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operations and strategy consultation.  Facilitate users’ understanding of marketing automation and how lead data supports effective integrated sales and marketing campaigns  
Collect business requirements to update existing and configure new lead routing rules
Provide guidance on best practices to define demand generation initiatives, lead scoring, and use cases: you should be prepared to use every tool in the box.
New marketer training and onboarding – Provide online or in-person tool training and manage user access to the lead management system

 BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

3 plus years hands-on experience with Marketo
Familiarity with SalesForce solutions is a big plus.
10+ years of B2B, B2C marketing success – preferably in the technology space.
Knowledge of software or data products, as well as marketing to both consumer and enterprise.
Amazing brand development and product marketing skills.
Successful (and innovative!) go-to-market strategies and CRM-driven engagement programs.
Operational experience managing organic traffic acquisition, lead-gen channels, CRM tools, Marketo, SalesForce and Google Analytics to refine and optimize future behavior is a must.
Be very comfortable using data to make decisions, especially when it comes to cost per acquisition across multiple marketing channels and customer segments.
