Customer Account Representative
Marketing Company located in Glenview has an immediate opening for a Customer Account Representative on a temporary basis. Ideal candidate will have college degree (preferably in Marketing or Business Administration) with 1-3 years customer service experience within a distribution environment.
The job duties are as follows:

Directly work with Fortune 500 Customers for this Marketing company
Process and maintain orders that come in via phone, fax, web, EDI using the AS400 system (JD Edwards)
Extensive telephone contact with sales corporate staff, warehouses, and freight carriers
Troubleshoot and provide training for customers who use our web
Tracing Orders
Expedite emergency requests
Release order off various holds and backorders
Maintain records
Process debits and credits
Maintain daily warehouse activity
Support AE’s on various special assignments & projects

Requirements:
Associates or Bachelors Degree in Marketing
Customer Service experience in a Distribution environment
Intermediate to Advanced Excel Experience
