Honeywell is hiring a Marketing Communications Project Lead in Melville, NY.
Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the execution and production of a variety of printed communications to support our business goals, branches and customers throughout the Americas.
Support key marketing strategies and programs via printed and electronic communications through successful project management, establishment and adherence to timelines/deadlines, and budget management.
Coordinate and deliver 800 page quarterly catalog with thousands of products, 400 page semi-annual catalog, two product annuals.
Coordinate and deliver monthly promotional brochures, a variety of flyers, postcards, point-of-sale materials as well as trade show materials and customer expo training events.
Support the goal of our catalogs to reflect the appropriate product mix to meet desired profitability through effective management and reporting from the preparation stage to final execution.
Meet printed material production deadlines
Proofread all material for accuracy
Work effectively with and gain alignment among all stakeholders to include Graphic Designers, Product Managers, Vendors and other internal personnel as identified.
Work with suppliers to ensure excellent quality service, and ability to meet deadlines as well as selection distribution methods to meet desired goals.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree
Minimum 5 years in the production/preparation of catalogs and promotional flyers

Preferred Qualifications:

7 years in the production/preparation of catalogs and promotional flyers
Extensive knowledge of collateral development and catalog production
Demonstrated ability to manage large, multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with Acrobat Pro, InDesign, Photoshop, Ilustrator, HTML and proficiency with Microsoft Office
Excellent project management and proofreading skills
Demonstrated time management skills
Comfortable meeting short deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to think creatively
Excellent organization and written skills
