This role involves working closely with our entire team .. in marketing, production, and editorial. You’ll learn about the various aspects of producing 25 world class conferences per year for a prestigious audience and at beautiful facilities in Manhattan.

Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
• Working closely with the marketing manager, and other team members
• Writing and proofreading marketing copy, and materials
• Managing deadlines and coordinating other details
• Executing email campaigns
• Coordinating marketing efforts
• Maintaining the website
• Assisting our production team
• And a lot more!
