We are seeking individuals who can lead the marketing analytics function by providing critical insights on customer behavior to enhance overall marketing efforts. This position will provide insight into website functionality, performance and campaign optimization through measurement, reporting and making recommendations. In addition, this position will measure and analyze campaigns in support of cross-channel marketing efforts (social, website, mobile, offline, display, SEM, etc.) and work internally to understand different business components and tailor modeling efforts to meet needs and identify problems and opportunities.

If you have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Statistics with 3 or more years of experience in data or web analytics, preferably in a consumer financial services company, this could be the job for you. We are seeking individuals who are heavily experienced in multiple web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Optimizely, Kiss Metrics, etc.), data mining and statistical analysis who can analyze data and provide recommendations on business strategy. This position also requires excellent communication skills and a team attitude with ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
