Responsibilities:

Working with sales and account management staff to assess a prospective client’s technical integration requirements
Working as an Implementation Engineer post sale to on-board new clients onto products and services via project management, requirements documentation and custom coding
Understanding the client’s business objectives fully and delivering a technical road map to successfully implement a client while meeting all business objectives
Communicating technical concepts and best practices for implementation to non-technical audiences
Being able to offer or develop new methods to successfully integrate a new client based on each client’s unique requirements
Directly communicate with clients in person, via email and telephone
Thinking quickly on your feet in the face of difficult questions and always remaining professional

Experience / Requirements:

3+ years experience in a customer-facing technical position. Preference to Sales Engineer or Support Lead
