Responsibilities include:


Define product vision, roadmap and detailed requirements for cross-channel analytics to improve marketing reach and performance across offline and online marketing channels. 
Work closely data scientists, engineers and business teams to understand and inform approaches to analytics features like forecasting, scoring and indexing, data sampling, and attribution methodologies.
Analyze feature performance to identify enhancements for continued improvement based on feedback, usage and revenue opportunity, and bring new ideas and concepts to the roadmap.
Write product requirements including use cases and acceptance criteria. 
Work closely with engineering on solution design. 
Provide expert assistance to sales, client services and business development teams to maximize the potential of existing product capabilities.
Develop deep knowledge of ad tech, enterprise marketing software and database marketing. 
Participate in industry events, stay on top of market trends and competitive offerings, and become known both internally and externally as a product and industry expert.

REQUIREMENTS:
4–7 years experience in a product management or program management role.
Successfully led and delivered projects requiring collaboration across a diverse set of stakeholders from day-to-day users to senior leadership teams, including engineering, sales, business development, analytics, support, and operations teams internally, as well as customers and project sponsors externally.
Expert in prioritizing features, writing product requirements and working directly with developers on product solutions.  
3–5 years experience with software-as-a-service, online marketing, offline marketing, digital advertising products or marketing database systems.
Working knowledge of marketing and advertising technologies, products, business models and ecosystem.
1–3 years building core analytics features like avails forecasting, index-based metrics, attribution, lookalike modeling, and predictive optimization, preferably in a multi-channel marketing environment.  
Exceptional technical background. Not necessarily a coder, but significant exposure to programming languages and internet technologies. The ability to have in-depth discussions with engineers, and to understand the implications and trade-offs of design decisions is a must. 
Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to articulate technology and product positioning to internal, customer, and prospect business and technical audiences. 
BA/BS degree with engineering or technical major preferred. Masters degree a plus.
Preferred:
Experience working on an analytics-focused team with CRM systems/processes, programmatic marketing, ad serving technologies, advanced analytics products and mobile. 
Experience working with a DMP, MSP or marketing database systems.
