We are seeking a great Marketing Communications / Content Manager to create, support, analyze, and update customer / partner communications regarding new or changes to existing programs. The primary focus will be supporting the creation of customer decks and web experience.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the creation of the combined customer decks and web experience based on top sales wins and evidence for Productivity software.
Collateral management, updating, respond quickly when changes occur
Assist in program launch changes which impact program handling and guidance of new policy
Organize/coordinate stakeholder meetings and be responsible for documenting action items and on-time completion of milestones
Manage multiple projects with moderate to high levels of complexity

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

7+ years of direct experience in content development, writing, editing, and Marketing communications experience
Proficient in use of MS Word, strong PowerPoint skills in Creating Content and Graphics
Understanding of sales and service processes and tools
Strong cross-group collaboration skills
Attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision
Good communication skills both written and verbal
International experience and cultural awareness preferred
Web development skills with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
