Responsibilities include:
Job Description
A production Associate is responsible for assembling and checking product parts, ensuring that all machinery runs smoothly, and assisting in the shipment of items. Production Associates perform a variety tasks to strive for their main goal of ensuring that manufactured products meet certain standards of quality.
Responsibilities
- Accurate tracking and recording of raw materials used during the process.
Ensure that boxes are labelled correctly i.e. product ID, correct weights and any other customer requirements.
Ensure quality sample collection.
Keep Maintenance informed of any equipment issues.
Takes direction from Production Team Leader and/or Shift Leader during the shift.
Follow all Quality, Safety and Environmental Procedures.
Other duties as assigned by Production Team Leader.
Qualifications & Experience
- Must have high school education or equivalent.
- Required to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedures.
- Required to work proficiently with basic math skills.
- Must be able to follow work procedures.
- Adherence to safety standards is required.
