Description
•Will manage a job function responsible for creating, organizing and implementing Lean Manufacturing programs and systems.
•Will use Kaizen, Kanban, TPS, 5S & Six Sigma tools for process and production improvements.
•Provide pre-Kaizen planning and post Kaizen documentation.
•Train and develop supervisors, shipping/receiving clerk, team leaders & operators and support personnel on manufacturing goals and procedures.
•Manage resources to improve productivity, reduce scrap, and reduce material waste using lean manufacturing strategies.
•Monitors and plans capacity and attainment for both machines and manpower.
•Interact with all areas of Product Development, Engineering and Production to implement cost saving and optimization projects.; United States; User's other ads
