Job Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Supervise and coordinate the activities and production of Pressroom, Laminating, and Slitting associates according to company and customer specifications and quality standards, in the most effective and economical manner possible. Completes manufacturing administrative duties, authorizes and supports associates to ensure facilities compliance to AIB/HACCP programs, laws and regulations.
High School or equivalent education, with 3 or more years supervisory experience in flexographic printing and sufficient technical work is required. Candidate must have knowledge of inks, colors, and film properties. Ability to read and interpret work specifications and production schedules along with personnel policies, procedures and related associate record keeping. Must be flexible with shift assignment.
