Seeking an Experienced Mill Operator. Must have conceptual skills, process improvement, good verbal communication, function and technical skills, be able to control and instrument, have supply management skills, tooling, coordination and inventory control.
Candidate must make good judgement and understand that attention to detail is key.
The mill operator will be making sure that the raw material placed in the machine is seated properly in vises and fixtures. The operator will also be in charge of deburring parts and then passing the job on to final assembly. Responsible for making sure that if dimensions are off, they must change work tooling or make proper adjustments to make sure that each part is in line with the print.
