Summary:
Work within Southern California installing residential and private commercial Photovoltaic systems.

Responsibilities:

Install solar panel systems within scheduled time frame and according to prepared design
Use knowledge of electrical construction, roofing construction, general construction and NEC codes
Communicate to Superintendent and Foreman potential problems encountered during construction that would affect schedule
Heavy physical effort lifting and moving (repetitive bending and lifting throughout the day)
Dig trenches a times
Crawling on roof
Able to lift 50 lbs.
Use good judgment
Should be willing to work four days a week, 10 hour per day (varies depending on scheduling)
Assist other Sullivan employees as needed
Qualifications:

Solar experience required
Basic electrical knowledge required
Good understanding of solar design and string configuration
Must be a member of or join the IBEW union upon employment
Must have residential electrician license or be willing to enroll in state approved classes for electrician trainee

Other:

Must be able to work on roofs and ladders
Must be able to work outdoors and in the sun
Valid drivers license and clean driving record required
