Seeking BS in Mechanical Engineering or similar and 5+ years experience with ore and stone processing and pelletizing equipment, such as crushers, conveyors, loaders, pumps, filters, grinding mills, balling drums, furnace and kiln equipment, etc. to coordinate and plan activities related to repair, maintenance and installation of mining equipment.

Activities:

*** Supervise crews ( Maintenance mechanics, millwrights, machinists, and electricians.) in installation and repair of equipment.

*** Manage daily safety documentation.

*** Read prints, schematics and drawings to ensure accuracy of work performed.

*** Build employee development programs to create high skill level and maximum versatility.

*** Develop and improve standardized maintenance practices.

*** Interface with Engineering, vendors, in-house crafts and outside contractors to complete capital projects.

*** Provide "expert" support to craftspeople when needed.
