Title: Maintenance Supervisor

*Automotive Experience Required*

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain and monitor QS-9000 I TS16949 quality systems for their shift.
Maintain and monitor IS014001 environmental systems for their shift.
Maintain, monitor, and promote compliance to BOS policies,
Manages, motivates and leads the entire maintenance team.
Establish and maintain the appropriate spare parts and equipment in the plant.
Ensure compliance to the PM schedule and make necessary adjustments based on down time reports..
Understands priorities and is able to effectively communicate
Enforces safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state and federal OSHA rules and regulations.
Interpret specifications, blueprints and work instructions to workers - including assign duties.
Recommend measures to improve production methods, safe working conditions, and quality of product.
Basic SPC knowledge including reaction plans,
Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency.
Analyze, initiate and resolve work problems, or assist workers in solving work problems.
Confer with other Supervisors to coordinate maintenance activities of the plant.
Ensure proper training of employees according to standards.

Qualification, Requirements, Education and/or Experience

Associates degree preferred.-Or Combination of education and experience of 5 years.
Prior ISO or TS experience in a manufacturing environment.
Injection molding experience in excess of 3 years.
3-5 years Supervision experience required.
Demonstrate excellent written, oral and math skills.
Strong computer (excel, word processing, email, etc) skills.
Electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic background is required.
Mechanical aptitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to plan, organize, communicate and motivate employees.
Ability to prioritize maintenance schedules of self and others.
Flexibility to work other shifts and overtime.
Knowledge of safe equipment operation- crane, injection molding machine, paint booth, etc.
