This well known Real Estate Development firm is looking for a Full Time Floating Maintenance Tech to assist in general maintenance and upkeep of our beautiful apartment communities in the Madison Area. Come join our team !

Responsibilities:

Prepare all vacant apartments to market ready condition as needed.
Respond to resident request and work orders in a timely manner.
Perform preventative maintenance tasks to eliminate untimely and costly breakdowns
Assist in keeping the grounds and common areas free of trash and debris
Responsible for assisting with snow removal of property by 6am including snow blowing, shoveling, salting and possibly snow plow.

Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday; occasional weekends required, and a one week on call rotation once every four weeks.

Compensation: The firm offers a full benefits package including competitive hourly base pay, monthly bonus potential, paid time off, health, dental, 401k with company match, life insurance, and voluntary options (dependent life, short-term and long-term disability, and critical accident and illness).

Qualifications: Requires a minimum of 1 year experience in apartment maintenance and solid knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, appliance, & electrical repairs. HVAC certification is a plus.

Required: Valid drivers license and own mode of transportation with insurance.
