Los Angeles office of an AmLaw firm seeks real estate development associate attorney with 2+ years of experience. The candidate should preferably have prior experience with transactional real estate, real estate finance and/or public/private partnerships or exposure to construction litigation or construction financing. Environmental experience is a plus. Admission to the State Bar of California is required.
Additional Skills: The candidate should be motivated self-starter with a commitment to excellence and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent academic credentials, the ability to work independently and in collaboration, strong research, writing, and analytical skills, intense attention to detail, and a strong work ethic are required.
