Premier eDiscovery provider of in-house and outsourced legal and technology solutions with the largest global eDiscovery, established service centers in major legal markets across the US and abroad, client base of Fortune 50 corporations and AmLaw 100 law firms seeks a Managing Partner in their Seattle office.

Our client is well-positioned to continue rapid growth thru both organic initiatives and tuck-in acquisitions. Our client will continue to benefit from strong organic growth due to industry growth and market share gains as well as an acquisition growth strategy focused on i) geographic expansion, ii) in-fill and iii) ancillary services. In the last four years, our client has completed 8 tuck-in acquisitions.

Our client generates several hundred million dollars in revenue and ranks among the most profitable companies in the industry.

Position Summary:
The MP will lead our clients’ Seattle eDiscovery business consisting of 175 eDiscovery service professionals and multi-million P&L. Responsibilities include M&A integration, service strategy, eDiscovery service delivery (ESI processing, hosting, project management) and standardization of ESI operational processes. The office is supported by Tier 4 co-lo Datacenter. This integrated delivery team will comprise the single largest center of eDiscovery employees in the industry.
Responsibilities:

Direct the overall business; establish the strategic direction, service delivery strategy and priorities to achieve operational and financial goals.
Integrate two legacy offices into a new Seattle downtown office
Delivery superior eDiscovery services that meet/exceed client expectations
Develop a cohesive and collaborative culture that leverages the team to create synergy across and within the business for the benefit of our clients
Establish ESI service delivery best practices; standardize operational ESI processes to ensure uniformity across all data centers, leading to greater organizational leverage
Grow Seattle based market and manage P/L.

Successful integration of two offices/two teams into one downtown office that fosters a collaborative high-performance team based culture
Establishment of service delivery best practice and workflow standardization of ESI operational processes
Achievement of P/L goals and growth of the Seattle market

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor degree, Masters desired
Extensive knowledge of the eDiscovery industry
Proven leadership of large scale eDiscovery service delivery
Direct P&L management
eDiscovery data center operations acumen
Passionate and energetic leadership qualities
Proven track record of hiring and developing teams
Demonstrated commitment to client satisfaction and positive results
