Irvine office of an AmLaw firm seeks mid-level employment litigation associate attorney with 3-5 years of class action experience. The candidate will be comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions. Must preferably have extensive experience handling California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases. Must be admitted in California.
Additional Skills: The candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
