Los Angeles office of an AmLaw firm seeks labor and employment associate attorney with 5-7 years of experience. The candidate will be serving in employment law advice and counseling, single plaintiff employment litigation, and wage and hour and employment class action litigation, as well as traditional labor matters (arbitrations, labor negotiations, union avoidance campaigns, and NLRB matters). Familiarity with motion picture, television and videogame industries is a plus. Must have experience sufficient to assume direct responsibility for client work and work independently (as evidenced by having taken and defended depositions, having argued motions).
Additional Skills: The candidate must evidence excellent academic achievement and writing ability, good character, initiative and interpersonal skills.
