San Francisco office of our client, a Chambers ranked law firm, is actively seeking associates to join our Intellectual Property and Technology Litigation Group. The candidate will work directly with partners on patent infringement cases, and the partners on the team are looking for an attorney who will immediately contribute to the practice by assuming responsibilities for: Drafting and responding to motions, Preparing expert reports, Assisting with taking depositions and defending depositions, Conducting legal research, Preparing for and assisting with jury trials. Should have 2-5 years of patent litigation experience. Should preferably have an electrical engineering or computer science background (or chemical engineering background). Should be licensed to practice law in California and be in good standing. Should be Patent Barred or Patent Bar eligible.
Additional Skills: The candidate should have excellent academic credentials. Must have strong writing analytical skills. Must be teamwork-driven. Should have an outgoing personality and seeks exposure to clients.
