Washington, D.C. office of our client, a Chambers ranked law firm, is actively seeking associates to join our Intellectual Property and Technology Litigation Group. The candidate will be drafting and responding to motions. Will be preparing expert reports. Assisting with taking depositions and defending depositions. Conducting legal research. Preparing for and assisting with jury trials. Should have 2-5 years of patent litigation experience. Must have electrical engineering or computer science background (or chemical engineering background). Should be licensed to practice law in DC and be in good standing. Should be Patent Barred or Patent Bar eligible.
Additional Skills: The candidate should have excellent academic credentials. Strong writing analytical skills are needed. Must be teamwork-driven. Should have an outgoing personality and seeks exposure to clients. Technical skills are needed.
