Estate Administration Attorney Job Responsibilities:

Oversee estate administration and some planning for large estates
Prepare and file federal and state estate tax returns
Execute payment of debts and bequests
Collaborate with colleagues and support staff within the firm

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience with estate administration
Member, in good standing, of the Maryland Bar
Experience filing estate tax forms
Highly responsible, organized, and deadline oriented
Superb verbal and written communication skills

Salary for this position is commensurate with experience.
