Washington, D.C. office of an AmLaw firm seeks corporate associate attorney with 1-4 years of experience. The candidate should preferably have experience in or are eager to immerse themselves in identifying and addressing Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits issues in domestic and international mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions; drafting, designing, and implementing employment, cash or equity incentive, change in control, severance, or deferred compensation arrangements or programs for private and public company clients and for executive clients, and assisting public company clients with their various Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits - related filing and disclosure obligations. Experience in transactional work (whether with an Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits or corporate background) are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with retirement and/or health and welfare plans are helpful.
