Los Angeles office of an AmLaw firm seeks data protection, privacy and security associate attorney with 2-4 years of experience at a law firm or in an in-house capacity, and significant substantive experience with privacy or cybersecurity compliance. The candidate should have a strong interest in working in a dynamic privacy/security practice. Prior technical experience or practical experience with privacy or cybersecurity, experience negotiating contract terms related to privacy and cybersecurity obligations, or significant international privacy experience is a plus.
Additional Skills: The candidate should have strong analytical and writing skills, good business judgment, and the ability to work collaboratively and independently. Must preferably have immediately transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds from nationally-recognized schools. Should have JD degree.
