Contract Law Attorney / Corporate - General Attorney in Princeton, NJ

Counsel Duties: Negotiating prime brokerage and ISDA swap master contracts with the firms current and prospective brokerage partners Reviewing commercial contracts from a wide range of third-party vendors Regulatory analysis, including the review, summarization and dissemination of key updates and changes. Creating and executing regulatory compliance submissions and filings Analysis of numerical data to ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines as well as external regulations. Developing file and documentation systems in support of ongoing projects and initiatives. Working with company leadership and staff to define priorities and relevant best practices. Requirements: Legal education and training, including the completion of a JD Degree from a highly competitive law school. Interested in finance as demonstrated through their coursework, previous roles, or the pursuit of credentials including but not limited to a Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
