Essential job functions include:
Working on commercial real estate transactions from inception of matter to closing
Handling due diligence as required for clients, buyers and /or sellers
Interact and communicate with clients
Managing deadlines and checklists
Reviewing and understanding title commitments, surveys, easements
Preparing real estate related documents, agreements, closing documents
