About The Firm

An award winning and well regarded Dublin law firm is seeking to recruit a Banking Lawyer with a strong transactional background and ambitious outlook for a new growth driven role.

Quality of Work

This department has a consistent stream of high quality work from a variety of well-regarded Irish and International lenders and borrowers. The successful candidate will gain access to this work as well as being supported to develop new client relationships.

Location

This firm is located centrally in Dublin and is accessible via a number of public transport options.

Technical Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the capacity to work with autonomy and be capable of providing guidance and support to juniors within the department.
You will have an excellent technical background within corporate banking and have had exposure to some or all of the following:
• syndicated and bilateral lending transactions
• secured and unsecured facilities
• priorities and intercreditor arrangements
• property finance
• development finance
• acquisition and leveraged finance
• asset finance
• restructure of financing

Personal Requirements

This role will ideally suit an ambitious associate with at least 4 years’ experience in a corporate banking department. As the most senior non partner within the team, you will have a clear understanding from the outset as to what career progression is available to you.
Furthermore you will be given support and guidance so that you can assist with the growth of the banking department and development of your career.
You will be a good technical lawyer who has advised a variety of lenders and also borrowers and built up a positive reputation with relevant contacts throughout the market.
Remuneration is competitive and tied to experience.
