As a Software Product Manager you will help build deep understanding and empathy for end-users and administrators of client; driving product advancements large and small that effortlessly empower and delight our users. You will collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop new, impactful business features, including preparing necessary technical requirements, coordinating development activity and tracking progress of projects in the pipeline. You will also work closely with sales, marketing, quality assurance and customer service team members to deeply understand, document, analyze and synthesize customer needs into product priorities, roadmap plans, and detailed specifications. You will also manage complex, cross-functional projects across multiple teams and esign mock-ups and/or wireframes for technical as well as user interface specifications.

Responsibilities:

Build deep understanding and empathy for end-users and administrators of client; driving product advancements large and small that effortlessly empower and delight our users.

Work closely with sales, marketing, quality assurance and customer service team members to deeply understand, document, analyze and synthesize customer needs into product priorities, roadmap plans, and detailed specifications.

Manage complex, cross-functional projects across multiple teams.

Design mock-ups and/or wireframes for technical as well as user interface specifications.

Requirements:

BS or MS or BA in computer science, business administration, engineering, or similar experience.

3 years or more experience as a Product Manager.

Experience with any wireframe or mock-up software.

Strong attention to detail, with demonstrable abilities in basic design, rapid prototyping and user research.

Strong ability to analyze, interpret and present data.

Deep understanding of and empathy for users.
